Traditional Cyprus stone village houses are so appealing to the eye, especially when there are blue skies and fluffy clouds to offset the background.
This small house is within the grounds of the Monastery of the Holy Cross at Omodos, on the lower slopes of the Troodos mountains, Cyprus (see this link for more on Omodos monastery). The blue shutters and stained glass were not to be missed….
Linking with Monday Window, pop over and check out the windows this week….
Those shutters are a great color and I do love the sky too! Happy Monday!
Fabulous window, I love the shade of blue.
Marvelous! You wouldn’t expect stained glass windows in such a setting.
