1. Adorable! I love the quality of light on both carvings. The shiny spots on their heads make me think of bindi, or the crown chakra on statues of the Buddha.

   • Thank you, Lillian, these are traditional carvings in Vietnam and pretty appealing as they are just full of joy. I ended up on a random visit to a small woodwork factory with the most beautiful carvings, the laughing Buddhas will probably feature soon, but I just loved these cute pigs for a cheerful Wordless Wednesday post!
