More windows from Pune city, taken whilst walking around the Pune Kasba area.
Down side streets, up main streets, into alleys, so much to see. I had a crick in my neck from looking upwards at all the interesting life above street level!
This was the weekend where I discovered I had something inside my trusty 18-300mm Nikon lens. Grrr, frustrating, so many photo-ops and too many photos with little, refracted hexagons all over them. Ah, well, time for a visit to the lens hospital! Sods law that it should happen when it did.
There was No photograph sign by this building, but no-one around and I couldn’t miss this little yellow window….
Not a window but I couldn’t leave out this wonderful detail….
Loved these hues…
I have no understanding why this window is placed over the wall. A little quirk…
Tiny window amidst interesting thin bricks…
It’s seen better days, but the inside was still occupied…
Ganesh through a window…
This blue window is a street level, seems to be rocks inside.I’m still wondering why it’s there…
Queen Victoria still decorating the balcony. Gives you an idea of how old this is…
Interesting shapes on these windows…
Temple windows, hard to get a good shot, right in the midst of a busy street, scaffolding and so many people…
I think this is random Indian style window dressing….
Lots going on window wise above eye level…
Fading,decaying but interesting…
Behind the bars…
This was an unexpected find…
Just gorgeous decoration along this wall….
And I just had to add this quirky sight in…
Beautiful carvings, decoration and colour…
Above street level, check out all the differences…
